Sadly passed away on 21st August 2025 aged 61 years.
Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Bramcote Crematorium (Reflection Chapel) on Wednesday 17th September at 12.30 p.m.
As Andy was fiercely patriotic and a lifelong Nottingham Forest fan, the family request he has a colourful funeral with mourners wearing football/sports/England shirts please.
