Creating a Lasting Memorial Honour Their Life and Memory
When you are ready, there are many ways to create a lasting memorial for your loved one.
We’re here to help you create a unique and lasting memorial to help you treasure and honour their life and memory.
Fingerprint Jewellery and Keepsakes
Fingerprint Jewellery and keepsakes are the perfect way to capture your loved ones fingerprints & immortalise them forever.
When your loved one is in our care, we take their fingerprint, so you have the option to create a unique and beautiful piece of jewellery of a treasured keepsake.
What to Do with Ashes After a Cremation
After a cremation, you may wish to keep the ashes in an urn, scatter them, or bury them which is called interment of ashes.
If you choose to scatter the ashes this could be at the Remembrance Garden at the crematorium, which can take place either with or without the family present.
Some crematoria also offer other options, such as arranging a plot for the remains to be scattered.
Or you may wish for the ashes to be scattered in a location that was special to the deceased.
For those people who would like somewhere to visit their loved one, you may wish for the ashes to be interred in a cremated remains plot, churchyard or an existing grave. If this is an option you’d like to consider, we can also help you with cremation plaques and markers.
Ashes Urns and Caskets
We offer a choice of ashes urns in various materials and designs, traditional or elaborate. We will guide you through the different options available for you whether you wish to scatter, inter or keep the ashes at home.
Ashes Jewellery and Keepsakes
A small amount of the ashes can be used to create a decorative piece of jewellery or a keepsake.
There are lots of types and styles available so you can be sure to find something to suit all tastes and preferences.
Creating a Lasting Memorial After Burial
After a burial, and when the time is right for you, you may wish to create a permanent memorial to mark the final resting place of your loved one.
There are several options available including upright headstones and flat markers, as well as a choice of materials, and designs to consider, but church yards and cemeteries often have restrictions on what memorials can be used. We can of course advise you on this, as well as helping you to decide on the personalised message or quote, photo or engraving.
These memorials will last throughout the years and provide a special place to visit and honour the life of your loved one.
