Our Bespoke Funeral

• We’ll provide professional advice, support and guidance including a 24 hour telephone service
• We’ll manage the funeral arrangements on your behalf including liaising with suppliers and venues
• We’ll take care of all the necessary paperwork for the funeral to legally proceed
• We’ll help you choose a suitable coffin (see below)
• We’ll create an online Funeral Notice, a personalised obituary web page allowing you to easily share details of the funeral. We will also place newspaper notices on your behalf if required
• We can arrange floral tributes and /or the handle the collection of charitable donations, including an online donation webpage if required

• We’ll bring the deceased into our care at any time of day or night
• We’ll care for the deceased at our funeral home and prepare them for the funeral, including embalming and dressing them in their own clothes if selected.
• You can use our Chapel of Rest to visit your loved one, with a pre-arranged appointment

• Our Funeral Director and up to four members of our team will conduct the service at your chosen venue/s
• We’ll also provide assistance with music, webcasts and visual tributes to play at the service

• We’ll provide our Jaguar hearse to transport the deceased on the day of the funeral.
• We can also source alternative hearses if required (at an additional cost). Depending on the circumstances, we may still need to use our hearse or suitable alternative as a lead vehicle or to transport our team members and flowers.
• We’ll provide a personalised processional route from your choice of starting location (for a maximum of 30 miles and 2.5 hours)

Choosing a coffin or casket for a loved one is a really personal part of saying goodbye, and we’re here to show you the different options so you can choose a coffin that truly honours and reflects them.

We provide a wide range of coffin and casket choices to suit all preferences and budgets from simple and understated designs to more elaborate and ornate options.

We will provide limousines if you have requested them.

Our vehicles are Black Jaguar XJ Limousines which seat up to 6 in the back, and depending on the circumstances you may be able to use the front passenger seat also to allow you to seat 7 in each vehicle.

The limousine would remain until the end of the service and return you to an address of your choice.

There are certain services provided by third parties that are essential for the funeral to go ahead.

These are the Crematorium, Cemetery or Churchyard fees, as well as fees for a Minister or Celebrant to lead the service.

Your written estimate will include these items which are payable to the third party. We require payment of the third party costs prior to the funeral to secure these services on your behalf.

There are many ways to personalise a funeral, such as printed Order of Service booklets, a photo slideshow during the service, musicians, or a dove release. and we will talk to you about the different options.
