Passed away 5th June 2025, aged 46 years.
She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.
Funeral service to take place at Amber Valley Crematorium on Wednesday 2nd July at 1.00p.m.
Please do not send floral tributes but, if desired, donations in memory of Leah will be split between Maggie’s Centre and a Memorial Bench.
